We try to always provide the highest level of service possible by checking all items before they are dispatched. When you receive your order, please check to make sure the items are in good condition and If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving your order) by filling in the return form or WhatsApp us on +973-39000745. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, the name of product, and the issue. We will respond to you as quickly as possible.
Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted for products that are unused, unopened in original packaging and have any original seals intact. Otherwise, the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted.
We will issue a replacement or refund in the form of store credit for damaged products. The original shipping fees are not refundable unless the product was the only item in the order. The company will cover the shipping costs to replace damaged products.
If you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased, you may return it within 5 days of the order date and exchange it for another product or receive a refund in the form of store credit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your online account or the exchanged item will be dispatched. The original shipping fees are not refundable. The customer will cover the cost of sending the products to us as well as the cost of shipping the new exchange order. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
WRONG OR MISSING ITEM
If there is an item missing from your order or you received the wrong product, please report this to us immediately by completing the Return Form and we will investigate the issue further for you. The company will cover the cost of shipping to replace the wrong or missing products.
